Founder, Trainer & HR Growth Consultant
Priti Sharma is a seasoned HR and Training Consultant with over 21 years of operational as well as training and development experience. She has trained more than 6000+ multi-cultural, multi-lingual corporate executives on transformational topics across India, Dubai, Maldives, Bhutan, Qatar, and the UK.
Her expertise spans Hospitality (Oberoi, Taj, ITC Sheraton, Landmark Group Dubai), Media (Times of India), Travel & Tourism (British Airways), Retail, Corporate OD & L&D, and CSR initiatives.
Priti founded iTrain Plus in August 2014 with a niche focus on customized corporate training and CSR-driven skill development programs. Since then, she has exceeded client expectations, delivering unique, value-driven, and outcome-based solutions for over 25 organizations across 18 industries.
She is a CIPD-Level HRBP, Master Trainer & Facilitator, QMS & EMS Lead Auditor, POSH Consultant & External IC, Certified Wellness Coach & Counsellor (NLP/Hypnotic), and Ho‘oponopono Practitioner.
